Day 12: Living by Faith

Father,

Faith is more than just belief—it is trust in action. You have called me to live by faith, to walk in confidence knowing that You are who You say You are and that Your promises never fail. But sometimes, my faith feels weak. Doubt creeps in, fear takes hold, and I struggle to trust You fully. Strengthen my faith, Lord, and help me to live each day with unwavering trust in You.

Jesus, You said that faith as small as a mustard seed can move mountains (Matthew 17:20). That gives me hope because I know that I don’t have to have perfect faith—I just need to bring what I have to You. Grow my faith, Lord. Help me to believe even when I can’t see, to trust even when I don’t understand, and to follow You even when the road ahead is uncertain.

Your Word tells me that the righteous will live by faith (Habakkuk 2:4). Faith is not just for the big moments in life; it is for the everyday decisions, the small steps of obedience, the quiet trust in the midst of trials. I don’t want my faith to be passive—I want it to be active, shaping the way I think, speak, and live.

James reminds me that faith without works is dead (James 2:17). Lord, I don’t want to just say I have faith—I want my life to reflect it. Show me where I can step out in faith today, where I can trust You more deeply, where I can live boldly for You. Give me the courage to take risks for Your kingdom, to step out of my comfort zone, and to follow wherever You lead.

Thank You, Lord, for being faithful even when my faith wavers. Thank You for reminding me that my faith is not in my own strength, but in You. I choose today to walk by faith, trusting that You are always working, always leading, and always holding me in Your hands.

In Jesus’ name, Amen.
