The Put God First Challenge
Prayer
Heavenly Father,
I thank You for the promises You have spoken over my life. Your Word declares that not one of Your promises has ever failed (Joshua 21:45), and I hold fast to this truth today. In a world full of uncertainty, shifting circumstances, and broken commitments, You remain steadfast and faithful. You are not a man that You should lie, nor a son of man that You should change Your mind (Numbers 23:19). What You have spoken, You will accomplish.
Lord, there are times when doubt creeps into my heart, and I struggle to trust in Your timing. But Your Word reassures me that all Your promises are "Yes" and "Amen" in Christ (2 Corinthians 1:20). You have given me everything I need for life and godliness, and through Your promises, I partake in Your divine nature (2 Peter 1:3-4). Strengthen my faith to stand firm, even when I do not see immediate results, just as Abraham did when he trusted You to fulfill Your word (Romans 4:20-21).
Father, I hold on to the promise that You will never leave me nor forsake me (Deuteronomy 31:8). When I feel alone or uncertain about the future, remind me that You walk before me, preparing the way. Your mercies are new every morning, and Your faithfulness never fails (Lamentations 3:22-23). Even when I cannot see what You are doing, I will trust in Your unfailing love and perfect plan for my life.
Your Word declares that You will strengthen and help me, upholding me with Your righteous right hand (Isaiah 41:10). In moments of weakness, remind me that Your grace is sufficient, and Your power is made perfect in my frailty. Help me to rely on Your strength rather than my own, knowing that You are my refuge and my strong tower.
Lord, I pray that I would not only cling to Your promises but also live in a way that reflects my trust in them. Let my life be a testimony of faith in Your goodness and provision. May I encourage others with the assurance that You are faithful to fulfill what You have spoken. When trials arise, let me not be shaken, but rather stand firm, holding tightly to the hope You have given me (Hebrews 10:23).
Thank You for being a promise-keeping God. Thank You for the gift of Your Word, which is a lamp to my feet and a light to my path. I choose to believe in Your faithfulness, knowing that Your kingdom is everlasting and that Your promises endure through all generations (Psalm 145:13). Fill my heart with confidence, peace, and joy as I rest in Your unchanging truth.
In Jesus’ name, Amen.
